By joining the Very Important Parent (VIP) Club the applicant agrees to all listed terms and conditions.

1. Brand Depot has the right to refuse any application for membership. Membership is only available to people residing in Australia that are over 16 years of age.
2. Limit of one membership per household address.
3. A member must notify Brand Depot of any change of personal or contact details.
4. Information provided by members will be kept in a secure database and will be used solely by Brand Depot. Brand Depot will use this information for the administration of the Very Important Parents (VIP) Club and its associated promotional offers, direct marketing, planning, product development and research activities. The database contains the information provided by members, as updated by members under clause 3.
5. A member may access and update personal information or terminate his or her membership at any time by giving written notice to Brand Depot at PO Box 176, Fyshwick ACT 2609 or by email at vip@branddepot.com.au.
6. Brand Depot may at any time without prior notice:
a) Suspend or terminate the Very Important Parents (VIP) Club in which case all memberships may result in suspension or termination;
b) Vary any benefits or privileges offered to Very Important Parents (VIP) Club members;
c) Vary the Very Important Parents (VIP) Club terms and conditions, and
d) Terminate a membership for any reason including and without limitation, if these terms and conditions are not complied with or are abused by a member.
