Parents' room at Brand Depot?
Brand Depot has a state-of-the-art parents' room available to our customers to help make their shopping experience a little easier.
There are toilet cubicles containing an adult and child’s toilet, private feeding rooms, a microwave for heating bottles and meals, change tables and comfy seating to just take a break on.
There is also a small play area where your kids can relax and do what they do best… have fun!
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Brand Depot has very easy access with over 1,700 FREE car spaces right at the door.
This means that every time you visit us, you'll be able to find a parking space with ease, and best of all it's FREE! We also cater for parents with prams, seniors and disabled drivers with specifically allocated positions located close to the front door to assist these shoppers.
Why are these brands so inexpensive?
Clothing, footwear and most accessories have a limited life cycle.
In the ever changing world of fashion trends, demand starts to drop for particular items after about 12 weeks, so they have to be moved fast! In a traditional retail store, if an item doesn’t sell at full price, it is marked down and moved to the front of the store. If after a couple of weeks the item still doesn’t sell, it is further reduced and sent to a factory outlet. This system provides the most cost effective way for a retailer to still make money on an item after it hasn’t sold at its full price.
Another reason for top brands being offered at factory prices in Brand Depot includes manufacturer’s samples. Sample products are often put into outlet centres to see how well they sell. If they prove to be a good seller, retailers will often purchase multiple items for their full price retail stores.
The final reason for cheaper garments at Brand Depot is if they are “seconds”. Seconds are items of clothing that have a small manufacturing fault. This sometimes can be as simple as a loose thread, or the colour is not quite right, or the item has been produced in an odd size that hasn’t sold. What you need to remember here is that bodies come in all shapes and sizes and what may not fit someone else may look fabulous on you!
